 Yes, surly You can create two blogs in Blogger with same Gmail id.

As Per Google Limit you can create maximum 100 blogs in Blogger with the one Gmail account.

Now we will talk about how to create a new blog with same Gmail account.

Step 1: Open the Blogger dashboard.

Step 2: Click on left side corner where your blog name is see.

Step 3: Then click on new blog.

Step 4: Put your blog name and check the availability.

Step 5: if your name availability you can create the blog.

Step 6: on left side corner you can see both blogs name.

Step 7: for Access the blog dashboard just select the blog and post your first Articles.
